Needed health advice.

I was on here a couple months ago trying to get some advice to become healthy.
I mentioned that I'm 22 years old. 175 pounds. 5'7.
i was trying to seek advice on how to eat healthy, and become healthy, since I only take in about 800/900 calories a day. (Which is LEGIT.)
but, I was flagged by a mr. "PushAndPull" by being a "troll".
regardless of how "perfect" you may be in health and bodybuilding, SOME PEOPLE actually do have these problems as don't know how to be healthy.
i sometimes think no one here will actually help someone.

Can anyone change my mind?

Health is wealth.To live healthy exercise daily,eat fresh fruits,fish,nuts and vegetables. It provides you proteins,minerals,vitamins iron and fiber which keep you healthy.Stop smoking,reduce drinking, avoid junk and refined foods because these are source of[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] many disease like diabetes,cancer,heart attack.[/FONT]
