Neuro Stim

I bought some protein from bulknutrition.com recently, and in it came a sample of this energy and mental focus powder called Neuro Stim.

Now I have no interest in taking, and I'll probably toss it, but I am just curious what exactly it is.

Im sort of surprised you guys all take energy and focus enhancers. Quite interesting, considering I have steered away from them since I started lifting weights intensely.

I didnt taste that bad to me, had a lemony taste to it. I don't know if it helped me out none though.

I liked the sample i tried. I haven't tried the new one neurostim + C (caffeine), but will probably even be better.

I'm not sure I'll add to my list yet, but maybe.

Neurostim is definitely a nice supplement, especially prior to weight lifting. It is quite sour, so it's best taken with 16oz of H2O. Don't toss it, try it out prior to your next WO.

I'm real nervous about the health effects of several different supplements. I don't take creatine, despite no proof of the supplement hindering anything, simply because I am worried idiot.

I gave the packet of Neuro Stim to my brother before one of his state hockey games, and he and his buddy split the packet. They both said that they felt more energy, and both felt that they played better and were more alert because of the Neuro Stim.

could i take it with glutamine because i know your suposed to take glutamine on an empty stomach but i didnt know if it would matter with neuro stim
