New 4 Day Split Routine

Thanks to all the advice I've had from these forums, I've managed to gain 15 pounds in about 4 months. Since you guys have always given my great advice on my splits, I figured I would post my new one up since I have a few questions. My goal here is hypertrophy:

Monday (Push):
-BB Bench (3x8 after warmup sets)
-Incline Bench (3x8 after warmup sets)
-Standing Military Press (3x6-8)
-Dips (3x6...but this will increase since I've just started doing dips again)

Tuesday (Quad Dominant):
-Squats (3x10 after warmup sets)
-Lunges (3x8)
-Seated Calf Raises (3x8)
-Weighted Incline Situps (3x15)

Wednesday: Off

Thursday (Pull):
-One Arm DB Rows (3x10)
-CG Chins (3x7...but increasing as I'm able to do more)
-?
-?
-?

Friday (Ham Dominant):
-Stiff Legged Deads (3x10)
-Goodmornings (3x8)
-Seated Calf Raises (3x8)
-Weighted Incline Situps (3x15)

Sat & Sun. (Off)

I have a few questions that I'm hoping you guys can help me with:

1. I'd like to add another exercise to my push day. Do you think this is necessary, or am I good with just the 4 exercises I have listed?

2. I'm really stuck on my pull day, since I really dislike many of the pull exercises I did for my old routine. I'm trying to add 2-3 exercises here, and I want to stay away from: Bent Rows, Chinups, Shrugs, and Lat. Pulldowns. Any help here is appreciated. I'd like to get another rowing exercise in there, but I'm not sure what I could do.

3. I have weighted incline crunches for my ab work, but I'd like to branch out and try a different ab exercise. Any ideas?

4. My chest has been lagging, but recently I've had some success just doing the DB Bench and Incline Bench. Would switching to BBs for either of these exercises target my inner chest more?
