hi ther eim currently weighing 12 and half stone which i think is around 170 pd
is this good for 5ft 9
im 21 years old currently wanting to go back to gym but would like to get my diet plan sorted first
also any ideas on weight training sessions as last time was at gym was about 3 years ago and was currently lifting then about 100, i doubt ill lift that again for abit but please help guys
