i know what i'm doing when it comes to aas, but i'm learning about ph. i'm in my 40's have trained for about10 yrs give or take. my weight is 240 13% bf eat 6x's a day, take in about 4500 to5500 cal a day. so back to my "Q" what pct would i use?? i'll change my cycle to hermadrol,sus500,then orafinadrol. OH yeah train 4x's a week 2 on 1 off 2 on!!
