even the ones labeled real could be faked, they are faking the box, the hologram label, and the amp so well now that you really have to be careful.
my friend used to be a pro takes primo and now he switched for winstrol because it is becoming almost impossible to tell the fake from real primo...winstrol is still detectable but not as easy as you think

^^^ most of my friends take steroids and i am the one who has to put up with their BS !..but they are my friends.....anyways this one take steroids but in a very mild way so he can keep up with me ..

check these things:
the box should be sealed with a hologram sticker
the hologram sticker should reflect many colors easily including blue, red, orange, green not only two colors.
there should be a leaflet inside corresponding to the box.
there should be expiry dates , see if expiry date on amp is the same as on the box.
the hologram sticker should not be sticked perfectly aligned, it is ok if it is a bit crooked (done by hand not by machine)
let the amp rest for a while, the substance inside should divide into somewhat clear water solution and on the bottom white substance powder, this will not happen quickly ,it takes hours, and the ratio is almost 50%water 50% powder.
all the amps should have the same constitution inside and the same size.
the writing on the amp should be in brown and cannot be erased scratched out easily by finger nails

just check what i suggested to you...
although i am against the use of AAS, many of my friends are pros and take AAS . i always help them in checking their gear if it is legitimate and help each other in that matter..i live in a country where we are exposed to legit and lots of fakes..so we have the experience....it is very hard to know these days but the points i suggested to you are the basics.
some gear junkies test their gear by trying them which is very stupid...their addiction also leads them to ignore some of the points i suggested.
