New diet (revised).. Let me know your thoughts please. I?mstill pretty new to this:loser:

Meal plan
9AM- 1 cup oats , 3 eggs, 1 scoop whey 600c 60gcarbs 44gprotein
12PM- 1.5 cups Greek nonfat yogurt 10 blueberries 200c 18gcarbs30gprotein
3PM ? 6oz chicken breast 4oz sweet potato 372c 22gcarbs 52gprotein
5:30PM- Pre workout protein shake 1 scoops/1 cup unsweetenedcoconut milk 210c 14gcarbs 24gprotein
6:30- GYM
8:30- 6oz Tuna, 2 cups cucumber, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cupnonfat cottage cheese 360c 12g,68gprotein
9PM- Protein shake/water 120c 4carbs 24gprotein
10PM- Amino?s 200 calories
*20 Almonds throughout the day- 150 2 2

looks solid. but i would consider dropping your protein intake to 180-200g. also drop the pw shake and replace it with a meal. 6oz chicken 1/4 cup brown rice.
