have u ever wanted to make up an exercise, that had no purpuse, :thinking: just to see if other people would start doing it.
 
Should I sit on a box in the squat rack with weight on my back or sit on the floor with weight on Mr Wanker?
 
I do weighted planks....but my variation is my 2 daughters sit on my back...
 
thanks wicthblade. i was at the gym and a lady thought i was just a weight
rack and tried to grab a 45 of my dick:laugh:
 
During spots my partner and I hang the next progressive weights off of our Johnsons...

It has a pyramid, or reverse pyramid effect depending on how you normally lift

I do that all the time. I don't pause on the lateral though, I just go from my sides all the way up above my head. I twist my wrists at a certain point though... obviously.

Do clinchers where you get a 2.5 plate, stick it in your crease and try to hold it for as long as you can.....
