I'm new to this board. Been into fitness for most of my life. I love it! I'm getting into Figure, and doing local novice shows in my area.I love the fact that Figure offers that trained and sexy look for a woman, without looking too hard.I'm training and dieting to prepare for a Nov 13th novice show. This will be my 1st show...I'm really excited....I love to experiment w/ different things( diet, weights, ect) and seeing how my body reacts to the changes...Right now my bodyfat is 15%.. that's good...but I want it a tad lower.
