I am relatively new to the web site / forum. I am located in Australia for interests sake.
Anyway I have a question and am hoping that someone somewhere can help me out here.
Lactic Acid....... Im reading that the more excercising i do ( im doing squats and lunges) the less it will be felt. Is there anything on the market that reduces the burn feeling or is it a progression thing??????????????
