Hey everyone,
New guy here dropping in to say hello. I have been weight training for 4+ years now. Currently I am running a program from a personal trainer that is rocking! My diet stays in check for the most part, it tends to fall apart during the weekends. My goal from joining this site is to try to capture more info on lifting and diet. I am also interested in a little bit of extra help during my training, but am patient enough to wait till I am 100% comfortable taking that next step.
