Hey guys, nice to met you all. Just started going back to the gym. I was looking for something to help me out a little bit. After a work out i feel like a punching bag for days, I need a better diet and some suplement advise on everything. I eat 6 times a day about 120 grams of protien, a Day. I bought some creatine. just ordered somthing called deca 50, but i think i got ripped off from reading other post. I found out that i should not even be considering AAS i think that is what it is called. I go to the GYM 4 times a week 1hr each time. I;m 5,7 182lb. actually just sitting here i worked my traps and biceps 4 days ago and they still hurt.. I,m 33

man this sight is full of info.. :))) I have already learned that i was not taking enought protien or cals in every day.. now if someone could just point me in the right direction of recovery that would be great. I'm not kidding it takes me like 4 days to recover i am so swore its not funny. it's kind of deturing for me to go back to the gym. I use to only take like 2 days but i was 24 then. im 33 now and man....
