Hey guys, nice to met you all. Just started going back to the gym. I was looking for something to help me out a little bit. After a work out i feel like a punching bag for days, I need a better diet and some suplement advise on everything. I eat 6 times a day about 120 grams of protien, a Day. I bought some creatine. just ordered somthing called deca 50, but i think i got ripped off from reading other post. I found out that i should not even be considering AAS i think that is what it is called. I go to the GYM 4 times a week 1hr each time. I;m 5,7 182lb. actually just sitting here i worked my traps and biceps 4 days ago and they still hurt.. I,m 33
