What's up guys. I'm usually on car forums and know that you can learn a lot from this type of site, so I decided to join. I've been back in the gym for about 5 months. I'm 5'11" 205lbs I'm 37 years old. I live in the Southeast. Anyway, that's my intro. See you on the boards!
