well Im new to lifting its been almost 13 yrs since I touched weights I was 18 then. Ive been wanting to get back in shape for some time but never followed threw.I ve been reading for last 3- 4 hrs and I gotta work on what i eat first. I just signed up for gym last week.Im 6' 2" 260 lbs my bf is high so mass is not an issue just gotta get lean.Ive been looking into other supplments to help me with this but there is alot for me to learn (stacking etc) if i decide to go that route.
