Hey folks, new here, and have a few Q's.

First off, I have been working out alittle bit, just to get my body used to the stress, and pre season work-out for softball (16" slowpitch).

Yesterday I purchased some San Fuel Injection V12 and some 100% GNC Whey protein., ( strawberry) not bad stuff, easy mix and consumable, lol.

I already get a really good pump, but was wondering how long it took to notice the effects of the V12? The sweating has started, ALOT. :eek:

Also, when should it take it? I wake up at 6 a.m., but work out at 6 p.m. (with the whey, alittle after, before workout?)

Thanks in advance, I will submit photos today also, maybe a journal.
 
Some people say to load the creatine to get the full use out of it but I don't think that it is necessary. Take the creatine after you workout and also drink a protein shake. I add some power butter (it's kinda expensive) for some added protein and other stuff. Should notice the effects within a week. It is not the same for everybody
