Hey all! Just a quick hello to let you know I'm here. I'll be posting questiosn from time to time and probably bugging you kind folks for help.

A bit about me:
38 years old
6'1"
188# / ~20% (I know, I know-I gotta lower it)
Work 9-10 hours 5 (sometimes 6) days a week

Goals:
Get my BF% around 10-12%
Get stronger on all major lifts
Look and feel 100X better than I do right now about my physical condition.

Work and family committments have a way of getting in the way of my workout time, but I finally laid down the gauntlet and said no more. If working out more cuts into some of the time I'd normally spend riding my motorcycle, so be it. (Anyone who knows how much I love to ride would see that as a sign that I'm serious!)

I tend to go from one program to another, never really giving it a chance. I stumbled upon "The New Rules For Lifting" and it completely changed my outlook. I"ve also been reading "Beyond Brawn" and have a new outlook on full body routines as well.

If there are any particular threads/stickies that you think I need to read right away, please point me to them.
