I'm 38 6' 230#, I've been working out off an on over the last yea go in the gym pretty hard and have been looking at doing a cycle of just test, my concerns are, am I still to big to start a cycle with my BMI this high? should I like doing a stack chen or var with the test? I just joined the site, and have been here as much as I can reading trying tofigure out what would be best fo my first cycle. thanks
 
I wouldn't touch it till you get your weight down to at least 200lbs. Steroids are what you put in them. If you don't diet and have a less than normal gym schedule you won't see the results. I would say that 90% is diet and routine the other 10% is the steroids. If you were to do a test cycle you will gain weight starting out because of muscle weighing more than fat. That said you have to get your cardio up. You can loose the weight with a test cycle it will just be harder to do than starting out at a lower weight. If i were you and you are dead set on this I would do Test-Propinate which is a short ester of testosterone. Meaning it wouldn't take less than 4 weeks to hit you. That along with Winstrol(Stanzanol) to cut the fat. I would suggest Trenobolen but that is for more advanced users. Sides are more than you may want to handle.

If you don't have a regular workout schedule and you haven't pushed your body to its max. natural potential, then you are wasting your money. In addition, if yourr bf% is still high and you used test, you are setting yourself up for sides. just my $0.02
 
basic test cycle for a first timer
500mg Test C or E ew
.5mg arimidex eod
nolvadex(if needed)

get baseline labs before you start..labs mid cycle..and labs 5-6 weeks removed from cycle..those labs will be very valuable info for then and later down the road..

Don't forget clomid for your pct
100/50/50/25
 
i know you prob wanna start your cycle up cause summer is around the corner and you wanna be cut up, but like bigtime said your going to gain weight doing this, unless your diet is 110% on point, train everyday, get good rest, no fuck ups and cheat days because theres really no room for error if your trying to loose weight, than there is a possibility..OR just hold off on the cycle for another 1-2months and put togather a really good diet loose as much weight as you can than fire up your cycle..DIET and killer CARDIO training everyday non stop to drop those lbs..good luck
 
that's whatI was thinking but was told by a friend that uses that it would help me lose the weight faster... I'm in the gym 5 days a week now, weights every day and about 30 min of cardio( running as long as I can) thanks for the info,and help.

Not sure where ur getting the 200lb before be starts from? He never mentioned his bf. weight has nothing to do with when he should start its more his bf then anything. Higher bf means more estro sides. With that being said op was talking like his bf is high so ya get it measured and go from there. Solid advice on the cycle tho bro
 
ok first this guy is 38 not 18... I think test is a GREAT choice for your age and will benefit allot from Test. I would not use the Var or the Clen. At higher BF's i find Var a waste of money to be honest. you will probably barely notice it with exception of a slight strength gain.

I would stick to test e at 500-600 mg a week, aromasin and then nolv for PCT.
 
Thanks bro. I was just guessing on the bf% because im 6'2" and 205 was my starting goal for my weight before I started a cycle. If i could get my 6 pack i would hit it up. I was just guessing by his height. I know it may not be accurate because everyone has a different frame to build on. Thanks for the PM bro.
