Glad to be here. After I gained 50 lb. (not the good kind) during college, I decided I needed a lifestyle change, or I wouldn't ever be truely happy. Best decision of my life. 6 months later, I dropped 45 lb, and have been looking great ever since. Now I'm interested in starting on some suppliments, to try and maximize my potential.
