What's up everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself. I've only been lifting for about 7 months, but it's already a part of my life. I've gained about 25 lbs (muscle to fat ratio is debatable
) and learned a lot in the process, mostly from websites like this, and trial and error. I'll probably just be a lurker
for the most part, but I'll post the occasional question if I can't find what I'm looking for. This seems like a very informative site and I look forward learning a lot from everyone.
