Hey everybody,
I've read these forums for a long time and i decided i just had to join, so here i am. I like doing most of my lifting with dumbells and i supplement that with boxing, (heavy bag) playing sports, (basketball, tennis) and running (i just really started trying to get into it - oh my - nobody told me it was this tough) hah
