Hi- Naval reservist 6 weeks into a 5 month recall. There seems to be good energy on this board so I thought I'd join. I'm currently working out 6 days week a week, alternating weights and cardio. My family is not with me, so other than working out and reading some good books, thought this would be a good source of re-enforcement of my resolve to make fitness a priority. Looking forward to learning a lot and contributing if I have experience that may be helpful to someone here.
