i am 28 male.. from chattanooga Tn. . i am just getting into weightraining and i have been running about 3 to 4 days a week .. 3 miles a day sometimes less for about a year now.. and i have been getting small results .. i hear people saying it took them a year to train for a marathon.. hell i am barely making my 3 miles when i go out .. but i do it. i started weighttraining in hopes to loose more weight than i am running.. i hear its much better for doing that ..but i also would like to get a little more muscle tone to me and such.. i am about 5'11 210Lbs. pretty big boned.. well that is all for now .. will post more in the future ..
