I'm new here, found it on yahoo search, looking for diet advice... I have trained before with not much success, but I guess I like the pain because I am back for another round. I recently quit smoking and trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I'm 6'0 200lbs, just not how I would like it to look. Starting a new Workout this week, let me know what you think.
Full body workout Mon- Wed- Fri, for four weeks then transition to a thre day split. for the next month. Diet is a big ??? I started tracking what I eat but It seems like I just don't eat enough. Oh well glad to be here with ya'll.
