Would they mind if you bought a thermos of "tea" in?

Simply fill it with protein powder, ground oats, flaxseed meal and skim milk and then drink this during the day...

Otherwise you want things that are relatively slowly digested - so proteins would be casein (cottage cheese), and meats (eg: lean red meat), carbs woul be things like legumes, whole grains, and add fats such as nuts, oils or seeds.

Getting lots of fibre (vegetables etc) will also slow digestion.

you can find cottage cheese and whole grains in highly specialized ethnic stores, I think there is one in utah.

Or the grocery store.

Flax and protein powder -- GNC, or any nutrition place....

u dont kno what a yam is?

I do the thermos of protein shake. Some people made jokes but then those that did were all overweight.

it's a really good trick
