Hi everyone. I am new here, and I am in need of some help. I am 6'3" 275lbs at 15 Y/O (big kid right?) Anywho, I am in 'decent' shape. I say decent because while I don't look like im in great shape, I can run a mile no problem, bench around 145 (theres a story behind why so little later), and lift a good amount of weight.
I am looking to lose weight and get in shape. I lost about 5 lbs in the last two weeks, by just dieting. I don't really mind the weight, but I want to look defined. I don't necessarliy want to be built like the guy on top of the site, but I want to lose my guy (the 6 pack isn't a huge deal, but a little defintiion wouldn't be bad) and my man breasts. I am looking to lose around 25 lbs by June. I want to look ok with a shirt off. That is why I came here.
The problem with this is I play baseball and need to maintain flexibility. I have been to a few other sites, and no one seems to want to help me.
Even if no one could help me with the flexibility aspect, I would just like the help on how to tone up. So, am I in the right place, or should I try somewhere else? can anyone point me into which place to post my questions?
