I'm 6'0, 205, 12 % bf. I've been lifting for 3 years and I've missed two (2) scheduled training sessions during that period--I'm a little fanatical. When I started I was 170, 15% bf. While I'm pleased w/ how far I've come, I've def. hit a plateau and am looking to break through. My ultimate goal w/in the next two (2) years is--225, 8% bf.

So here's the deal, I've recently purchased the following stack from IDS--1-Test4 Diol XtremeMethyl 5Anti AromataseNP2

I have two (2) questions:

(1) Is this a good stack?

(2) What are some good training splits/routines to maximize the effect of the above stack? I assume that one benefit of the stack is that I can go harder longer and recover sooner--if this is true, how do I maximize this period of greater growth potential? My current split is as follows:

Sunday: Chest and Side/Rear Delts
Monday: Arms (bis, tris, and forearms)
Tuesday: Legs (upper and calves)
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Chest
Friday: Back,Traps and Calves
Saturday: Off

Don't trust IDS Anti AromataseNP2. If otc, get 6-oxo. If you can get Nolvadex for PCT, even better.
 
1-Test is generally good stuff. The 4-diol is junk. It isn't very bioavailable taken orally. Haven't taken NP2, but most of those types of products don't produce good results with most people. The Mythyl 5 converts to DHT. Read the two "sticky"s at the top of the supplements forum on Prohormones/Prosteroids. Sorry, but your stack isn't very good. IDS has some good products. I am using their Methyl 1-Test Xtreme right now. But, those are not the better ones that you have. I suggest you sell them (for a small loss if necessary). If you can't, then I'll help you put a solid stack together with what you have. DO NOT USE THE SCHEDULE on idsports.com. Like, I said before, you cannot rely on their "Anti Aromatase". You need 2 bottles of 6-oxo from Erfopharm or you will lose your gains when you go off cycle. Let me know if you still plan to use those--but don't start yet--and we will take it from there. As for the work-out routine, go to the training section of the forum.
 
Thanks for the feedback. Please provide the ideal extreme stack/schedule for taking it and I'll buy it/use it REGARDLESS OF PRICE.

I'm 28 and my diet is stellar. I RELIGIOUSLY take in b/w 3300 and 3500 calories per day composed of 45% carbs (70% oats, 20% veggies and fruit, 10% dextrose in post workout drink), 40% protein (325-350 grams a day--85% fish, chicken, and cottage cheese, 15% whey protein supps), and 15% fat (mainly derived from fish oil and flax oil supps).
 
You sound like a prime example for a m1t expiriement!
 
Alright Walker, Your diet is on point and workout routine issues are to be dealt with on the other forum. Here, we will address supplementation. I presume you haven't taken steroids, prohormones (ph), or prosteroids (ps) before. Before you take ph or ps, you should read the two "sticky"s at the top of the supplement forum on ph/ps. Given your goals, you need to put a lot of muscle on. Right now, one of the best stacks is Methyl 1-Test with 4-AD (transdermal) for bulking. You will read about it in the stickys. Dosage varies a lot between individuals, but Luke and I can share our experience and advice with you regarding this stack. Actually, Luke didn't have the 4-AD, which I know he now regrets. Anyway, this is what you need to buy: 2 bottles of M1T: http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=901 . You need to stack with 2 bottles of 4-Derm by Dermabolics. You can shop around for these. Higher Power is a popular brand of M1T, also. I use the IDS M1T Xtreme, and I recommend it. M1T can be had for cheap. There are many sides such as lethargy, loss of libido, and even allergy like symptoms with M1T, especially at first. I have found that the sides all go away with adequate 4-AD (transdermal). You also need a PCT. Buy Tamoxifen for this. It can be bought without prescription in the U.S. for "experimental" purposes. You can read more about it in the stickys. So, here is what I suggest:

Week 1: 10-15 mg/day of M1T & 4 sprays twice daily of 4-AD (12 hours apart)
Week 2: 15-20 mg/day M1T & same as before with 4-AD
Week 3: 20-25 mg/day M1T & same as above
Week 4: 25-30 mg/day M1T & same
Week 5: 60 mg Tamoxifen/day
Week 6: 40 mg Tamoxifen/day
Week 7-8: 20 mg Tamoxifen/day

This is essentially what I am doing right now. If after 20 mg of M1T, the sides are getting too bad, don't go higher. Just stay at 20 a day. Some guys your size get better results with 30 mg/day. I am only 161 lbs. & 11 of that I gained since I started this cycle < 20 days ago. Of course, it is half water. It really isn't that expensive. Read the stickys, learn about the risks and suggested dosing, order your products and give the cycle a shot. PM me if you want to discuss it further. By the way, many would say this is an extreme stack for your first cycle. I say if it works for me and it worked for Luke, it will for you, too. Luke started at 20 mg/day, is much smaller than you, and did just fine. Oh yeah, do the math--make sure you get enough tamoxifen! PCT is extremely important if you want to keep your gains after the cycle. If you want to use that Np2 stuff with the cycle that is fine. Get rid of the 4-AD pills for sure, though. Good luck!
