Hello people,
I???m here to network and learn from you guys. Trading information on workouts and supplements is always good.
I'm 6'2" 225, heavy protein diet mainly, Turkey, Beef and Chicken. I have been weight training off and on since 19yrs old and I???m 36yrs old right now.
I have built decent mass yet I have reached my plateau and supplements might be the only remedy.
Any advice on supplements or chest workout routine, that???s my weakest muscle, would be greatly appreciated.
