i am going to try a new split and am thinking of the one below with a P RR P RR S mentality.... my shoulders are giving me some problems so i think im going to stop doing flat BB bench all together so for chest days would incline flat dumbells incline db bb and decline db bb and some flys...
day 1
chest 7 sets
tris 6 sets
day 2 off
day 3
legs 7 sets
shoulders 4 sets
day 4 off
day 5
back 8 sets
bis 5 sets
day 6 off
day 7 repeat if feeling food otherwise repeat on day 8....
i havnt worked out shoulders directly in a while because they were hurting .. and they were feeling better.. then i flat benched and it started hurting again so i think im going start working out shoulder directly again, but stop flat BB ALL TOGETHER>.. not again...
