this is my plan starting in two weeks. I will be taking sups. CLA, Lean System 7 and flaxseed oil. Four days a week, my plan will look like this:
pre-lifting 2miles
Lift for 1 hour
post-lift 45min. run
Now, i'm not sure what I'll be doing for my diet. Because my whole goal is to "lean" up. Get my abs, chest, and over all WHOLE body to look better. ANY help is wanted!
