I found a fast clean recipe while messing in the kitchen, takes less than 15 minutes to make,, new to me at least

I take 18 medium size shrimp that are pre-cooked and cleaned and throw them in a large pan
Add a table spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Add big two handfuls of fresh spinach
Add a 1/4 cup of nuts ( your choice)
Stir on med- med-hi heat until it all breaks down.

Adda seasoning if you like, I use a chicken rub that comes in a jar, I use a pinch or two.

SHRIMP
Protein = 14 grams per 12 ( 21 grams per 18 shrimp)
Calories = 60
Fat - 5 grams

Spinach
Protein = 3-4 grams
Calories = @ 40 per 1.5-cups ( I figure 8 cups or more )
Fat - 0

Olive Oil
Protein = 0 grams
Calories = @ 60 per tbsp
Fat - 7 grams

Nuts = whatever you decide

I take roughly a tablespoon of EVOO every day in a shot glass because I've heard about Testosterone-related health benefits from an elite member here...

LOL I just drink it straight I've never tried cooking with it...

Oh and I've heard good things about Spinach too - Ecdysterones or something...

I think when you cook olive oil, or any type of oil really, you burn off the good nutrients and are often left with a bad type of fat. I don't think it would match your shot of olive oil and what it does for you.

This post probably belongs in the Recipe section :)

I agree and I agree,

Do not get the EVOO too hot,, it is actually best to toss the food in the EVOO rather than get it really hot

and I already asked after I posted for the post to be put in the Recipe area.
