Change in bicep size: 0

yeah right I recieved a free container of this product from a guy I train a few months ago , I ran out of xtend so I tried it for a while -IMO it is a joke and I would've been pretty disturbed if I had bought it, I still have half of the container it didn't compare in taste or effect to xtend
