Hey everyone,
So by new to bodybuilding i mean that i am going to start my training tomorrow. i have worked out most of my adult life, but just havent seen the muscle gains i have wanted. I have a friend in my class who is a bodybuilder and he has pointed me in the right direction but i just want to know if any of you can give me some tips. im 6'2" 235. Not as muscular as i would like to be.....so since i am new this this it would be great to get some beginner feedback
