hey guys new kid here 16 years old, ive been training for about a year and a half and in about 6 weeks id like to cut about 5-6% bf and i was lookin for some help. when i was 15 in the summer going into 10th grade i lost about 50 lbs but i really didnt do that the right way... then after i got thinner i found the seceret to faster muscle gain, EATING A LOT! woo whoo! so yeah ive put on a lot of muscle but also a little fat in the process, im not too big on the math involved in dieting but i will do it if i have to. i was wondering if i could get sum frame tips on how to lean up. also time is no thing im only 16 and i have all the time in the world, so id like to do this the right way so that i can do it periodically (im going to start bulking/cutting) even if it takes a while. thanks a lot guys help is much appreatiated.
