new to gym

im about to join my gym, ive done body weight exercises at home and dumbbell exercises for a couple of months (compund exercises mainly i have heavy dumbbells), to learn the movements and build up a bit of strength, but ive decided to finally join the gym, i can only spend 3 sessions in the gym a week, can someone recommend me a good 3 day workout to build lots of size as primary but also some strength, im ectomorphic by nature and didnt seem to respond so well when i tried 3 full body workouts i never seemed to recover when i was at home, i did start off by doing that a few months ago but when i was lifting heavier or doing more reps it didnt seem to work for me
