Hey people,
New here to the site, been in fitness for most of my life - as an elite gymnast when I was young, then becoming a coach.
Later in life doing Muay Thai.
Have always been driven to stay fit, make me feel great. Always work toward learner muscle more for functional strength than mass and bulk. Find I can do more with smaller denser muscle.
Be good to hear from others and what they're into.
