I'm new and wanted to say Hi. I'm 43 yr. old been working out for about 1 yr. I did a little when I was young. I had a 3 level fusion to my back 2 yr. ago so I can not do to much. But I do what I can.

Hey Kicker, hope the back comes along for you, I have intermittent problems but thankfully very rare (pinched nerve I think).
