Hey whats going on guys. I am new here and am located in Daytona Beach. I am here to grow and build a great body. I am always open to advice. I have been lifting off and on since HS 8 years ago, but have been avid with it since the beginning of 09. I know it isnt much compared to most, but its me. Look forward to being on this site. Shout out if anyone is looking for a workout partner in Daytona
