My name is Troy Cleido and I just wanted to check in to say "Hi" as a new member of the forum.
I feel strongly that a majority people want to gain muscle and would prefer to look like a Hollywood celebrity or underwear model versus giant hulks. And thus tend to talk about building muscle for this aesthetic.
I focus on methods to get a sexy slim look that appeals to the opposite sex and to develop a lean and toned body. So I like to talk about how a typical bodybuilder workout helps, or doesn't help this aesthetic. Plus I always like to learn and test new things.
There are a great multitude of people that talk about how to get massive bodies. I prefer to talk about how to get that look of an athlete or sexy star body. Because my view point is different from many people out there, it means that I don't please everyone with my comments and writing.
But I do like to try to find relevant researched material and pass it on to my readers. I hope you enjoy the work and always encourage respectful conversations on any subject matter to help advance all of our knowledge.
