Hey guys, new to the forum.Just wanted to say hello and tell you all a little about myself.
When I started getting into fitness and caring about what my body looked like, I instantly thought cardio cardio cardio. I went from a 210lb sophomore in high school to 140lbs by graduation, instantly fell in love with seeing my body changed. Joined the U.S. Marine Corps and fell in love with lifting, got out of the corps but never left the gym.
Still love seeing my body change, so I’m on the forum to find new challenges, set new goals and see all of you do the same!
