Hey all. Well this is my first post as a member. I stumbled across the site just doing a quick search online looking for an ideal pre-workout drink. Figured this would be the ideal place to ask questions and get several different answers. any way, onto things about myself. I am a 23 year old Miamian, looking to reduce body fat and gain the coveted 6 pack while packing on some lean muscle. Currently I have been working out on and off for the past couple of years but in the past 3 months I have gotten real serious and hit the strictest diet I have ever put myself on.
I hope to gain as much knowledge as humanly possible from this site and that ultimately I can one day post a picture of myself with a six pack!!
I wanted to post my workout routine along with my daily diet to get some suggestions from others on what should change if anything. If someone could point me in the direction of what forum to post that in, it would be helpful. Thanks!
