hey guys. i'm 15, 165lb, 5"9, about 16-18% bf. i've got a reasonable amount of muscle for the past few months i've been concentrating more on bulking. basically, over the next 2 months, i'm aiming to lower my bf% by as much as possible while maintaining as much of my muscle as i can (i don't mind losing a little though). Right now, i'm maintaining my protein intake, created a caloric deficit, and i do cardio 6 days a week first thing on an empty stomach (i alternate between high and low intensity). my first qeustion: in your opinions, do you think that i can drop bf% by about 4-5%, to about 12-13% with my current training regime? secondly, i can only go to the gym once a day, so basically i'm lifting on an empty stomach, causing me to perform miserably. maybe should i lay off the weights over the next 2 months (maybe just doing self resistance excercises), as lifting won't really build muscle with a caloric deficit? or should i have coffee or milk or something first thing before working out in the morning? sorry for the long post and thanks alot.
