New to this site

Well , I just found this site a couple of weeks ago . To be honest it was a thread in the " Gossip " column that caught my attention .
I visit other forums such as A_board , Freak_ and Ana__ex ...... if that is o.k. to mention . I am not a bodybuilder but I love to work out and have been doing so for over thirty years , off and on . Yep I am at that TRT age and I need it ..lol.
I'm not much of a poster , I like to listen and learn and I hope to learn on this forum .
