Hey guys I have just started doing weights, I am only 2 weeks old in the lifting world
. I was wondering if you could tell me if my routine is ok?
Every day:
-Weight bench 6 sets of 10 reps (45kg)
- Dumbbell 6 sets of 10 reps (17.5kg)
- Protein shake in stead of breakfast and dinner ( just eat at tea and supper, but I take a multi-vitamin in morning also )
- Sit ups - 100 each day.
Will I see progess if I keep this up? should I lift more? I can lift 50kg 7-8 times instead? I just want a toned chest/abs/arms
I am 23, Male, 14 stone
