I am new to the boards and have just started working out 6 weeks ago. I???m 30 yrs, 180 lbs, 5???10, 20% body fat. I???ve done some research: please critique my plan! I have never done a cycle. Cycle goal is to be a lean, mean, shredding machine! Wanna look good in 4 months!
MY PLAN
Goal- I want to cut and have 6 pack abs. 8% body fat in 4 months.
Fitness Plan-Working out with personal trainer at power house gym 3x/wk and 2x/wk on my own. 3 days on , rest, 2 days on, rest
Nutrition- Macro=37%,21%,23%. Maintenance calories=2625, my calorie intake will be 2056. Protein=236,carbs=138,fat=65.5.
Supplements- whey protein 30 min before, essential amino energy and threshold 15 min before, whey protein during, nitro-core 24 post, 5 fish oils/day,
Cutting cycle- 16 weeks
weeks 1-16 test-e 400mg/week (use arimidex to keep waterweight off also)
weeks 1-16 2iu's HGH ED (for fat loss 2 iu/day is enough)
weeks 1-8 Tren 100mg EOD
weeks 9-16 Winstol(stanoplex) 100mg EOD
Clomid 100mg/day week17, then 50mg/day next 3 weeks
HCG 500iu/week weeks 3-16
What do you guys think?????
 
Welcome to IM! I saw your repost in the Anabolic Forum and you got some good advice. Spend time reading in the diet/nutrition forum and good luck with your goals.
