newbie at weightliftng help please?

Ok im new to lifting weights and I want to start gaining muscle before all I use do were pushups, pullups, n crunches. So does anybody have any workouts or workout advice for a newbie? (im 5'9 and 120 pounds...im still a teenager and I know im still growing but I wanna give myself a lil extra gain)

i'm allso new to weightlifitng.
i have a problem with biceps, they like on 7 yo kid, no matther what weight or routine i do, i cant make them grow. all i get is no reaction at all or overtraining when i cant move my arms for a few days.
i'm 33 y.o. 5'10, 185 pound's, mostly fat. my doc say i'm a 24% too heavy. in last 6 years i grow from 150 to 185 pounds all fat.

What is your program? And more importantly, what is your diet?

Maybe you should concentrate on losing the fat first. Its going to be very difficult to see any growth if theres a big layer of fat over the top of the muscles, especially arms.
 
u'r probably right, i dont have some special diet, but i usualy dont eat junk food and sweet, most is meat, eggs, etc. i'm addicted to a bread.
my hand and legs are lean, most fat is from neck to butt. after a workout there is only pain in front end of bicep or totaly lack of strenght, like my arms just swing around....
i'm just starting to work, just because of small arms.
 
ok,
one retorical question:
after workout, u get certain amount of pain in muscle, how long should pass before it's gone?
