Hey just wanted to introduce myself to this board, im not really a newbie, but havnt worked out since highschool, and after knowing what i know now i had no clue what i was doing then... Anyways im 25 years old, 5-6 160 pounds, probabably around 25% body fat (yeah i know im a fatt ass! lol) Ive been hitting the gym 5 days a week since new years day and am already feeling and seeing the benifits! MAN ITS GOOD TO BE BACK!
I just started using creatine ( im on my load dose week 5mg 4 times a day, then ill cut back to one a day) and damn ive already added 5 pounds to my bench! I also take protien and have been on a very healthy diet for the last few months.
Goals are to be 170 and 15% body fat within first year. I want to stay natural for a while but am considering doing a couple cycles, im here to learn and be smart first though. thanks everyone! wish me luck
