Hi All,

i am really excited that i found a cool group to share my thoughts ...

Age 26 Weight 140 Height 5'9 Looks slim

I want to add some muscles with out putting lot of body fat and serum cholestrol :( which seemed to my problem before because of excess intake to carbs in the night ..

My exisiting diet is kinda screwed up ... i am improving on it ... I am really not that consistent on eating 5/6 meals a day .. so i am planning to just stick with my exisitng diet but add lot of protein supplements to make for my diet ..

Morning
1 Glass soy Milk + 1 scoop Muscle Milk (30-35 grams)
1 Cereal Bar

Lunch - Mostly Carbohydrates - Want to add some proteins supplements here

Evening 1 Glass Soy Milk . On workout days 1 Scoop Muscle Milk

Night Fish + Some Carbs ...

Can you let me where all and what kind of protein supplements should i add to my exsiting diet?

I am a lot lazy guy so i know for sure if i have to take 6 meals a day that will be something i won't do it .. but if i have to take protein supplements i think i would do it ... Is it possible to build muscles just by adding lot of proetin supplements to your diet ?

Workouts

I do around 2-3 excercises at maximum intensity so its around 6-8 reps/3 sets with 15 min aerobics

Thank you all for your suggestions ....

To start of i want to add protein supplements to my daily diet ...

Since i workout in the at around 7.00 pm i am not sure what supplements should i take ...

So far this is what i am doing ... Pre-Workout 1Scoop Muscle Milk and Daily Morning 1 Scoop Muscle Milk .. But this does not meet the daily standards ..

What other protein supplements can i take and when ?

Thanks.

First things first-welcome to Im.
Second, DONT use Muscle Milk for breakfast. It should be used as a mid-day snack or a gainer before bed.
Third, dont substitute whole food with a supp. If you are in a bind, and cant get out from under work pressures, than thats a different story. Use whole food as much as possible. You'll see better results.
Last, for protein supplement, use a blend from www.allthewhey.com. Choose your flavor or ask for some free samples.

Now on to your training...what kind of goals do you have? Do you want to gain? Lose? When you said 2-3 exercises, is that all you do? What about cardio? How much do you do?
