Just got back into the training a week ago. Coming off the inital soreness. Drinking as many protein shakes as possible, and ready to hit it hard this week.
Doing some internet research on diets/supplements and figured I'd join here!!
I am very active, thin-muscular before workout phases, and show gains fast.
I have a Vitamix blender which I use faithfully, making my shakes, spinach/banana shakes and all protein shakes. I usually drop a banana in with them.
Best thing I bought in a LONG time was that Vitamix.
