when i say 6months thats how long i have been lifting for mass and strength, instead of overall fitness. ive been lifting for somewhere around 2 years total, but over the last 6 months ive put on 50lbs with minimal fat gain.
as far as the ph's ive cycled
i went the first couple months bulking all natural- no supps, just good dieting and my own bulking routine i designed. gained 40lbs
then i started with mass and tren xtreme which i did for one month- gained 10 lbs. pct was showdown which is a new testbooster and estroblocker.
cut for one month (last month)- lost 6lbs or so on stanzabol and tren complex
now i am currently taking halo diol and tren complex- only been on for one week- pct will be test complete.
thats the ph's ive used over the last 4 months or so.
stat results from begining to now is roughly this:
(all my lifts are full rep range and proper form, no cheating)
starting bench- i think it was like 205- one rep?
current bench- 285x9
weight-160
current-210
thats just bench cuz i dont feel like listing everything but all other auxillary lifts increased way past expectation.
